    Hi. I'm observing an mtf_mapper crash. This is mtfmapper 0.7.41-2 (Debian version; the current latest release). I see this:

    $ mtf_mapper -t 0.4 --lensprofile --esf-sampler quadratic --lp1 30 frame00104-cam0.png .

    Warning: No output specified. You probably want to specify at least one of the following flags: [-r -p -a -s -f -q]
    8-bit nonlinear grayscale
    Thresholding image ...
    Computing gradients ...
    Component labelling ...
    zsh: segmentation fault

    First off, this warning is a bug, right? I specified --lensprofile. Is something wrong with that?

    I haven't tried to debug the crash. It doesn't happen with even small tweaks of the arguments.

    Thanks.

      Thanks for reporting this bug!

      Pretty straightforward out-of-bounds memory access that happens when very few valid sagittal or meridional edges remain after lensprofile quality filters.

      Revision 733 fixes this (and the spurious warning).

      Regards,
      Frans
