#393 vcpkg update note

Hello Thomas,
thank you for the new version 1.33.7! I'm consuming mpg123 via vcpkg in my project winLAME, and I just updated the available version there with a pull request in the vcpkg repository:

The vcpkg maintainer mentioned a possible LNK2001 error there. The pull request was accepted, but I wanted to let you know of that. If you consider it not worth fixing or cannot reproduce it, just close this bug here.
