#4 wont close if cant write .ini

If you're running the GUI from a location that doesn't have write permissions, then try to close it, it will tell you that it failed to write MKVExtractGUI2.ini and continue running, only way to exit is forcing the process to end.
Noticed this when programmes get automatically sandboxed by default on my computer but should be repeatable if you don't have write permissions for the folder from your user e.g. network drive or limited account etc.

Expected behavior: Notifies you it can't write MKVExtractGUI2.ini but closes anyway.
