Remove dead / uncompilable code.

Some changes for the release candiate.

Added the patch submitted by billie80 you find that fix in the tracker:

It fixes a problem with the new gcc 4.70

The patch fixes a cross compiling problem. That can happen if you don't have a /
usr/include

Added the Patch Hannes Domani provided.

Added the fix from rpatt for a typo fix in the manpage

Added a performance patch by RSTAM, for liblafrec when recording yuv422 with software encoding.

This is needed when trying to capture full res PAL 704x576 movies, as stripes are appearing on the screen. With this patch the stripes are lessened but not gone.

rollback special handling, should not be necessary

Updated code to work with transcodes new format version (0x00030001), appeared
in transcode 1.1.5 (or earlier)
