Updated code to work with transcodes new format version (0x00030001), appeared
in transcode 1.1.5 (or earlier)

Added the patch from RSTAM that lavrece support video recording from EM28XX based cards like the DVC100 Pinnacle Dazzle.
This is a software based recording.
