1. Cleanup - since ATTRIBUTE_ALIGNED_MAX was no where defined ATTR_ALIGN was
a NO-OP. Define ATTR_ALIGN to actually DO something and then inline it in
mmx.h (and remove attributes.h and all references to it).
2. Add the callback interface from Burkhard Plaum
3. Bump the version number to 1.9.0 (the divergence from 1.8.0-release has
begun ;)).

This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'RELEASE-1_8_0'.

Fix for 1.8.0

Per Bernhard's request - remove the 3 unused files (mjpeg-howto.info-1,2,3}

Checked in the version for the next realease. (I'm a bit late)
Fixt some url's, some spelling mistakes and correted the syntac of yuvdenoise.

Getting ready for the Big Day - bump the version to 1.8.0. After the release
the version in CVS will be set to 1.9.0 for futher development.

Just as for the .spec file include the .pc file in the distributed kit

wrong variable used - caused the bottom field to be cut at the top
and random noise appear at the bottom. Patch from lucabon at infinito dot it.

Bump up the mplex version to 2.2.4 to reflect the minor changes/fixes made
since 2.2.3
