Summary:
makefile.cfg should get more values from configure
the current makefile.cfg hardcodes many values (like
bindir and libdir) ... be nice if it accepted the input
values from the configure script :)

Add OS/X to the list of systems known to work.

Not having soundcard.h but giving a "illegal ... IRIX" message was misleading.
Issue a better message ("unsupported audio system").

Hasn't built/installed in eons on Irix so remove mention of it.

More hardcoded '2's instead of using 'channels'.

Oops - hardwired 2 used in one place for the number of channels. Use 'channels'
like was done elsewhere (so that mono works ;))

A small change in the description of the change.
Shoud have been video input not norm.

Fix for the DC30, when changing the input to SVIDEO or internal.
The card now changes the input correct.

This is a patch for the libquicktime audio handling.

libquicktime, creates the audio in the architecture byte order, on a PC in little endian, on a MAC in big endian.
That cause problems with lav2wav, lavtrans and lavplay.
This patch fixes the problem on my machine
