Ooops... last-time, forgot to squeegy '\n's and '\r's from mjpeg_logging
calls in mplex's *.cc source files.

Fixed up tiny buglet, also improved end-of-configure synopsis, including
making the message for $have_large_file more clear....

Added stuff to configure.in to test for old vs. new(er) libdv (>= 0.9.5).
Added appropriate #ifdef's to lavtools to account for API changes in libdv.
(More work could be done for both, but this should get the job done for now.)

Ooops... some premature libdv changes slipped in to the previous commit.

Added a built-in "\n" to the mjpeg_logging default handler,
and removed all the "\n" and/or "\r" from calls to mjpeg_logging functions.
(Previous versions tagged as "pre_logging_LF_removal".)

All praise query-replace-regexp! Huzzah!

'pre_logging_LF_removal'.

Fixed a typographical error.

Updated all the manpages to make clear that all lavtools accept multiple input files

Removed oldyuv4mpeg.[ch] because nothing uses the old YUV4MPEG stream code
anymore...
BUT, since Hitoshi's libyst still has wrappers for this stuff, I moved
oldyuv4mpeg.h over to the mjpegtools/ directory, so that it all still
compiles.

Updated some parts. Uptaded other parts to bo correct with the latest changes made.
Spellchecked the whole thing.
