Last configure bug (I hope)

Fixed bug whereby scanning only ended at bit-stream end and not
at eoscan (which can be triggered by running beyond the mux PTS limit).

Added "y4mtoppm", along with its manpage, and some little changes
to ppmtoy4m.

fix compiler errors of the type:
cc: Error: denoise.c, line 489: In this statement, "src" has register storage class, but occurs in a
context that precludes register storage. The storage class has been changed to auto. (badregister)
src[Yy]=denoiser.frame.tmp[Yy]+32*W;

by removing the 'register' keyword in their definition.

Add libmath to the quicktime4linux check libs

o Added "-v" option to yuvplay, and cleaned up messages.
o Updated/cleaned-up yuvplay manpage.
o Changed y4mcolorbars to produced 75% white (rather than 100%) in rainbow
sections (more accurate reflection of standard bars). Bottom line still
provides a 100% white reference square.

Fix of one-liner bug/omission.

Apllied a patch from Steven M. Schultz, where he had compiling problems with a nasm version 0.98.23
