#3 Build Emerge Desktop using MinGW64

I'd very much like be able to compile Emerge Desktop using MinGW64. The first issue I've encountered is that windres isn't resolving system headers. For details see here:

An additional issue I've encountered is that wtsapi32 is not part of the w32api libraries distributed with MinGW64. Is this library not available under Win64? It's available in the MinGW32 w32api if you'd like to snag it.
