Hello,

I am trying to use the mingw-w6-install.exe to install MinGW on a Windows 10 system, but it currently is giving me an error "Cannot download repository.txt".

Can you fix this or point me to instructions on how to install it manually?

This error is often caused by Anti Virus, Windows Defender or SmartScreen.

Same issue on win10, I'm behind a proxy. I don't know it's the proxy problem or not.
