The C macro ID2D1RenderTarget_CreateBitmapFromWicBitmap() wrapping ID2D1RenderTarget::CreateBitmapFromWicBitmap() lacks one parameter.

Ditto for all interfaces inherited from ID2D1RenderTarget.

The attached patch provides a fix.
