So you are saying those files inside MS' SDK will be directly under MinGW-w64 include directory. Those not inside MS' SDK should probably not be directly under the MinGW-w64 include directory, but rather a sub-directory. Right? In this case, I agree with some of the changes compared to MinGW.org. For example, cfgmgr32.h is indeed part of the SDK and should be out of the ddk directory as per your statement. However, usb.h and friends, hid.h and friends, they are part of the MS WDK (inc\api directory) and not part of MS SDK. I am mostly interested in these two (USB and HID related).
