[Mingw-w64-public] Updated 1.0 snapshot for mingw host?

Hi All,

Would it be possible to generate an updated 1.0 snapshot for a mingw
host (as opposed to linux and darwin that are currently available)
that captures the dllwrap fix in binutils?
