Hello Martin,

which cygwin version you are using. Our pre-compiled package is build
for 1.5.x. Could it be that you are using already the new 1.7 version?

Otherwise, how are you adding the cross-compiler bin directory to your path?
By 'export PATH=<your-cygwin-path-to-mingw-w64-folder>/bin:$PATH' ?
