#67 repository.txt for mingw-builds

On the old mingw-builds project there was a repository.txt that listed in the root of the files folder.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingwbuilds/files/host-windows/

That thing was awesome! Our build configuration system downloaded that file and then automatically retrieved the latest (or specific) revision of GCC.

Now that mingw-builds has moved to the mingw-w64 project that file isn't created anymore. Could you bring it back in the root of the folder?

    Firstly, why you don't change your configuration system so that it would use the 'repository.txt' from https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win32/Personal%20Builds/mingw-builds/installer/
    directory?

    Yes, I do can copy the 'repository.txt' where you need to, but I'm just curious, why don't you change your configuration system?

    Secondly, the place where the builds are placed now is temporary. I'm still working on changes to the MinGW-W64 directory structure, but it takes time...
