EDD_GET_DEVICE_INTERFACE_NAME as described in https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd162609.aspx doesn't seem to be present in MinGW-w64.

In the Platform SDK it's defined in winuser.h alongside the definition for EnumDisplayDevices.
