Bug in DefaultElementDao fixed.
Updated PostGIS SQL methods from 1.5 to 2.0.
Added missing method to store the real objects and farm/scenario relation to the "insertAndTransform" method.

Deleted in Java 7 unnecessary try and catch blocks in finally statements.

Bug in NewLandscapeComponentPlugin fixed.
The plugin used outdated data of table in the db because the table was never updated.
To add a new landscape component layer you have select one layer from a list of 'missing' landscape components. Components that were not available for the selected farm yet.

Added a new sql query in the 'findAvailableByFarmAndYear' method using updated tables.
Changes had some side effects for other classes too
