Bug in DefaultElementDao fixed.
Updated PostGIS SQL methods from 1.5 to 2.0. Added missing method to store the real objects and farm/scenario relation to the "insertAndTransform" method.
Deleted in Java 7 unnecessary try and catch blocks in finally statements.
