Changed to persist the start and end time of an operation too.

Added 2 variables of type date ('startTime' and 'endTime'), and their belonging getter and setter methods, to hold the time of the beginning and of the end of an operation

Changed the persist method to get a list of possible related fields for the gps data (No direct relation between fields of InVeKoS data and the gps files) first. Then stores the gps data after processing a geometry check (Contains) to get the related field.

Instead of a SubAcreage an InVeKoS Object is used now.
Added a check and a handle for lines with multiple blanks between the data columns.

Changed 'insert(Field field, int farmSRID)' method to check the field geometries for equality with PostGIS function with SRID Ggt 0 or not.
