Changes to handle the storage of fieldblock, field and invekos objects.

Changed the 'startImport()' and 'mapFeatureAttributesToEntities' method to handle the storage of fieldblock, field and invekos objects.

Implemented a differentiation between fieldblock component names and field component names and added a method get them altogether.

Implemented INSERT method to store Invekos data in the invekos table.

Deleted fieldblock variable and the corresponding methods because Invekos data is part of a fieldblock and not vice versa.
Renamed the 'area' methods to 'hectarArea' methods because the unit is ha and not m² in Invekos.
Added methods to get the area in m² too.

Changed keys corresponding to the renaming of the 'area' variables in the Invekos class.
Naturally the same in english version.

A check for null values of the 'name' variable has been implemented in the 'equals'-method. Returning true if the name is null. Sometimes this happens although a class extends 'NamedEntity'.
