[Mantisbt-dev] email options for project managers

I'm a new user of Mantis. I have installed Mantis 0.18.3 and tried it.=20

My problem is our project managers can not receive email notifies for
project they are attached to even they already enable the mail options.

Suppose Person A submits a new bug, and then the system automatically
assigns the bug to the category owner Person B, and send Person B a
mail.  Why does the project manager not receive a notification for the
same bug since he has already enabled "Email on New" and "Email on
Assigned"?
