Sounds good. What we really need is a cron-job that automatically escalates a bug if it was "inactive" (to be defined...) for too long. I.e. we need a hierachy in the members where everybody has a supervisor that automatically gets assigned to the bug if it wasn't worked on in a limited amount of time. CU, Christian |
