Mantis 0.18.0a3 has been released!

This is the third alpha for 0.18.0. This release fixes a lot of bugs and
increases the performance a lot, especially on large installations (such as 
the
official Mantis bug tracker, http://mantis.calaquendi.net/).

New features:
- Hide resolved
- File type icons
- List of monitoring users

This release introduces some minor database changes, so remember to run the
database upgrade script even if you're upgrading from 0.18.0a1 or newer. There
are also new string escaping fixes.
