[Mantisbt-help] web site demo down

I'd like to check out the Mantis demo, but currently the website is
reporting the following:

Database connection failed. Error received from database was #1130: Host
'sc8-pr-web1-b.sourceforge.net' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL
server
