[Mantisbt-help] Arghh...admin password lost :)

Yes it's stupid, but I forgot the admin password :) I had it stored in
Mozillas password manager, but my prefs got swatted, and now I just
can't remember.

So, is there any way to reset the admin password? (I'm not very SQL
savvy...)
