Yes. I agree with you. Planejamento/Planificación is the closest term I 
found, and I confess I'm not satisfied with them.

Here I've seen some software companies use "Roteiro" ou "Itinerário" as 
a replacer for "Roadmap".

Ok. I have no good suggestions. :( So I'll gather my co-workers and try 
convince them to look at the word "Roadmap" and understand it as just 
"Roadmap". :)
