-0 from me. There is no way of using plugin provided information from the SOAP API right now, and removing the time tracking information from the core means breaking the SOAP API. Of course, the SOAP API is IMO breakable between major releases, but we should find a way of allowing plugins to contribute issue fields - just like the custom fields - and methods to the SOAP API. If we do find a way to do that, I'll move to a +1 .
