[mantisbt-dev] "port to stable" tag

Hi all,
I just added a new tag to the tracker named "port to stable".

That's intended to be used on issues we resolve in SVN trunk, but
probably need to be also ported on the stable branch.

I think it would be nice to review the "port to stable" issues from
time to time (monthly?), and open a real issue if there is consensus
on the port.

Thoughts?
