Cannot select parts of preference MacOS Continuous release

Hello,

I cannot select anything in the enable fade or highlight color sections.

I am on High sierra if that makes a difference. I dont have any othe rcmputers to check on at this time.

I have attached a screen shot.

One othe rthing while I am here, one the fade step is it possible to fade the color without making them also transparent?

I've found that if you re-size the dialog box, it all becomes visible / usable. For some reason it renders too small (MacOS Catalina)
