I've been trying to use part substitution (thanks Trevor for the fix https://github.com/trevorsandy/lpub3d/issues/538 on that). However it doesn't seem possible to substitute a part with itself and add the rotate commands. What is the preferred way to control the rotation of a custom part as shown...
I know this is old but do either of you happen to know if this has been implemented?
I am having this same issue on Win 10 and the latest release as a portable instal. It started happening after LPub3D crashed while moving a callout around. I am able to type the meta commands directly in the ldraw editor in the program. I have not tried adding it in via a text editor.

Hello, I cannot select anything in the enable fade or highlight color sections. I am on High sierra if that makes a difference. I dont have any othe rcmputers to check on at this time. I have attached a screen shot. One othe rthing while I am here, one the fade step is it possible to fade the color without making them also transparent?
I second this!
To add to this, I have noticed that this also happens on callouts. its very noticable on large callouts with mulitple rows.
Hello, How might I have the parts added from a callout be also full color in the main step? In this page, I would like the 4x callout to be shown in color on the main build in step 3.
