Hello. I've got a Cintiq Companion 2 DTH-W1310 that's beginning to show it's age, so I've bought a stationary computer. Other than the slow PC hardware there's nothing wrong with my tablet, so I would like to use it as an ordinary Cintiq for the new computer. Is it possible with the Linux drivers? My Companion is running Ubuntu and the stationary computer is running Linux Mint. I saw a tip somewhere that you should put the Cintiq in standby mode and connect the 2-in-1 cable (usb and display). In Linux Mint it shows up as a secondary screen in the screen settings, but nothing is displayed on the screen. lsusb doesn't report any connected Wacom devices. I'm thinking that either this isn't supported in Linux or my cable is broken. Any input would be appreciated! /Lars Weigl |
