[Linuxwacom-discuss] Is there support planned for the new wacom slate device

Hallo, I just bought a wacom slate device.
It is a notebook that allows to directly digitize the notes one takes on pen. 
It can only be used at the moment with Android or IOS via a terrible 
proprietary application called Inkspace.

I was wondering how hard it would be to support the device under linux, where 
we could use it just as any other tablet in order to grab the output in our 
preferred notetaking app (mine is xournal)...
