Alberto, Since the cursor is moving, it is possible that another driver is taking control of the device. Could you please verify that the xserver-xorg-input-wacom package is installed? If it is, please attach your Xorg.0.log (under either the ~/.local/share/xorg/ or /var/log directory) for review.
