[Latex2rtf-users] transfer of latex2rtf project to github

Hello everyone,
I am going to retire from the latex2rtf project.

I am going to delete the project from sourceforge at the end of year
2024 (if not earlier) unless anyone takes over the administrator role.

The project is also published on github and may be forked as you like,
see https://github.com/wilfriedh/LaTeX2rtf

Please inform me (by e-mail) if anything is missing in the github version.
