Hello,
please note that LaTeX2RTF is licensed and published under the GNU
General Public License (GPL).
It is and will remain open source under the GPL.
The source code as well as compiled packages are freely available.
The GPL allows you to distribute the software and/or offer support for
money, but the right of the original authors to distribute it for free
remains untouched, and any modification of the original code must be
published under the GPL.
