[Latex2rtf-developers] compile broken

Hey Scott,

I'm trying to spin a new OS X installer package of latex2rtf, but the trunk isn't compiling right now for me; it complains thusly:

equations.c:691: error: ‘EQ_Needed’ undeclared (first use in this function)
equations.c:691: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once

The problem appears to come from this:

I've just #ifed out that function since it's not used anywhere, but thought you might want to know...
