#45 Ability to create .rtfd bundles

Embedded pictures in rtfs do not show up in most mac programs (except word –which I don't have– and openoffice –very ugly results–). However most OS X apps support .rtfd bundles. It would be great to have the option to output to rtfd.
It's probably not that hard to implement, .rtfd bundles are just folders with a .rtf file (text only+references) and all the pictures inside (you can even keep vector-based illustrations there).
