#41 support to tabularx

Hello,

First of all I would like to congratulate the Latex2Rtf team for the excelent work. I have been using it for a while, and I am always a amazed by the significant improvements.

I would like to suggest the inclusion of the tabullarx as package as one of the supported features of Latex2RTF.

The tabularx package defines a tabular environment that generates a table with a specified width. The package automatically adjusts the widths of certain columns rather than adding space between columns. The basic command is similar to the standard LaTeX \tabular* command, so I think if might be relativelly easy to support it.
