#28 Support \epsfxsize and \epsfysize

In my .tex I have

\epsfxsize=0.8\textwidth\epsfbox{foo.ps}

Current CVS version of latex2rtf knows how to handle
\epsfbox (with a caveat - see bug 1587592 -
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=375737&aid=1587592&group_id=22654
), but has no idea that it needs to adjust the size as
\epsfsize dictates. It would be very nice if this was
fully supported.
