#149 Documentation bug in rtfreadr.c

On http://latex2rtf.sourceforge.net/rtfspec_45.html, there is a little RTF to text converter. The hex conversion lacks adding 10 to the nibbles, because 'a' or 'A' means 10, not 0. The lines should read:
b += (char) ch - 'a' + 10;
and
b += (char) ch - 'A' + 10;
respectively. Furthermore, a '\0' is printed at the end and one instance of "kwdProp" is spelled as "dProp".
However, I am not sure, whether you really care :) ?

While I'm quite sure that you are right (although without testing myself), I am not sure whether we should (or even are allowed to) modify this, because the whole documentation is put on the website as originally supplied by Microsoft.
