#146 paragraph ignored after comment

A LaTeX % comment only affects the line break on the line, but in latex2rtf it also seems to affect the subsequent line, if it is empty.

E.g.:

Hello %

World

creates two paragraphs "Hello" and "World" with pdflatex, but latex2rtf creates a single paragraph "Hello World"
