I want to back up my keypass database of usernames and passwords to an external hard drive. But, I'm not sure which file or files to back up. Which is my database?

Is this the correct file path:
    Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Keypass Password Safe 2

There is a folder there called XSL that has 5 KDBX files:
    KDBX_DetailsFull
    KDBX_DetailsLite
    KDBX_PaswordsOnly
    KDBX_Styles
    KDBX_Tabular

Do I copy one or all of them to my external hard drive?

See the Backup Your Database Wiki for what to backup and other useful information. If you also wish to backup your KeePass settings, see the Backing the KeePass Configuration Wiki.

The info in the first link is not correct, it can't be. I do not have a file called Database.KDBX anywhere in the Keypass Password Safe 2 folder. I also can't find such a file by doing a search on my computer. The only KDBX files I find are the ones I already mentioned and there is one in My Documents called NewDatabase.KDBX. Is that the one I copy?

The default database name for new KeePass 2.x databases is NewDatabase.kdbx. However, you may name the file anything you want, just like any other file.

The kdbx file file you mention above is most likely your database, but the only way to verify that, is to open it.

You can see the filename and path of a (your) password database on the 'Enter Master Key' dialog. The path is also shown on the KeePass menu in 'File>Open Recent'. If the database is open it will be highlighted in blue on this menu. The full path is also shown on the Title bar if 'Show full path in title bar (instead of file name only)' is checked in Tools>Options>Interface(tab)>Main Window(section)'.
