I got a new computer, so switch from windows 8 to Windows 10. I was using keepass in Windows 8 with a Firefox plugin. I can't remember the name of the plugin - seems like it was Feefox at one time. But I can't find the plugin now to connect Keefox to Firefox.

I did save my database.kdbx file (with all my passwords) and the config file. But in Windows 8 the config file was at this location on my computer: users/kuurt/Appdata/Roaming/Keypass

But it in Windows 10 when you got to users folder and click on a user there is no Appdata folder in it, so I don't know where to stick this config file either.

Anybody know how I can connect Keefox to Firefox in Windows 10 and recover my database of passwords?

    Thanks

The AppData folder is a hidden folder. You can unhide it in Windows file explorer (uncheck hidden items in the file explorer View>Show/Hide menu), or paste the following into the file explorer address bar: %APPDATA%\KeePass.

The KeeFox add-on has changed its name to 'Kee - Password Manager'.

Ok, I found it and put in my .config file and put my database.kdbx file in my My Documents folder. Now when I log into Keepass it is showing all of my sites and passwords. But I add Kee- Password Manager to Firefox and it says "OFF". I can't get it to connect to Keepass. Anybody know why?

Ok, that worked once I found the installation folder. Thanks for the help.
