I spent a couple of hours to set up a new Yubikey FIPS (similar to Yubikey 4) with KeePass 2.39.1 and OtpKeyProv 2.6 but I cant open the database only with recovery mode.
I configured the second slot, it generates the OTP codes, but the error every time is, failed to create OTP key.
I use English (US) keyboard, the yubikey generates numbers. Where I missed something? Its possible to OtpKeyProv its not compatible with the new Yubikey FIPS? I checked with 6 digit HOTP, same thing...

The Yubikey example shows spaces in the secret key entered in the OptKeyProv screen, you have no spaces. (Only a guess.)

Meantime I experimented that I have to specify minim a 1 in the Look-ahead count to access to the database, thx.
