I downloaded Keypass 2.47. I execute the setup program. The setup program starts (see attachment of taskmanager) but there is no UI/window for the setup and it does not install. I have Keypass version 2.45 which runs fine. I stop the program before I try to install Keypass 2.47. The setup program just sits there in my taskmanager. Also, I cannot stop the setup program from my taskmanager. I have to reboot the computer. I am using the latest version of Windows 10.

Maybe your AV is preventing it running. Try allowing it in your AV.

I agree with Paul; most likely something is blocking the KeePass setup on your PC.
