Auto typing is not working with internet explorer 11 on windows 10 64 bits. When I use Crtl+Alt+a my username and password are not typed in correctly. Some characters are skipped resulting in a failed login (of course). This behavior is random, so each time it skips different characters. On chrome all is working. So this looks like a windows/internet explorer specific problem.

    And therefore, not a bug.

Do you have lots of add-ins in IE?
Do you have TCATO turned on?

    cheers, Paul

      Hi Paul,

I do not have a lot of add-ins in IE. Around six (Java etc.) besides the
some Microsoft plugins. In total around 20.

When I turn on TCATO it seems to work better. I tested it a few times and it
works. So I have to always switch it on?

      Regards

      Izaak

        Hi Paul,

I answered a little too soon. With TCATO is also is not working properly. So
I will switch to chrome when I use keepass. Internet explorer is not working
for me. You said this is not a bug because it works on chrome? Perhaps when
more people have the same behavior things change?

        Cheers

        Izaak

Internet Explorer is sometimes not happy with Auto-Type, but we've not seen it reported recently - we've tried many things to fix it but nothing is 100%.

    Try adding a delay to the Auto-Type, e.g. {DELAY=150}{USERNAME}{TAB}{PASSWORD}{ENTER}

    cheers, Paul

Like Paul suggested, a delay should work, if your Internet Explorer is too slow for some reason.

    Best regards,
    Dominik
