#1467 Secure dektop does not open on Windows 10

Thank you for KeePass.

I use Windows 10 64 but Hungarian, all security patched applied.

Portable KeePass 2.31
"Enter master key on secure dekstop" checked
UAC level on the highest setting

Could you please track it down?
I see no "dark background" on entering master key.

Works on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit Hungarian
