#1276 2.27 breaks self-signed HTTPS cert support

I was using 2.22 and I could connect to WebDav over HTTPS with an SNI server using a self-signed cert. I updated to 2.27 and it says:
"Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel"

Googling around it appears to be a C# issue.

This is not a bug. KeePass by default checks the validity of certificates. If you wish, you can turn this off in 'Tools' -> 'Options' -> tab 'Advanced' -> check 'Accept invalid SSL certificates (self-signed, expired, ...)'.
