Hello,

Since version 2.21 the name of the language file has been changed to ‘Dutch.lngx’. Before that it was called ‘Nederlands.lngx’. However if the file is called ‘Dutch.lngx’ it doesn’t work. I always have to rename it to ‘Nederlands.lngx’ and then it works again. Maybe this depends on the OS language which is Dutch in my case. I'm using the latest 2.x portable (.zip) version.

Could the translator or the person responsible for putting the language files online change the name to ‘Nederlands.lngx’ or make 'Dutch.lngx' work as well.
On the Keepass website I can find who created the Dutch translation but there are no contact data and the person is not in the Owner list.

Best regards,

Dirk

The name 'Dutch.lngx' is correct and the file does work. After copying the file into the KeePass application directory, go 'View' -> 'Change Language' and choose 'Dutch'.

    Best regards,

    Thank you!

That worked although I had to restart Keepass after changing the language because Keepass didn't show my database anymore.
Funny that changing the file name also seemed to work.

    Best regards,
    Dirk
